If you're unhappy with what you receive, please contact email@example.com within 30 days of receipt. Use "Replacement" or "Return" as the email subject.
If your order arrived damaged and you'd like a replacement, please include in your email a photograph of the damage to the books and the packaging. The shipping label on the packaging should be visible.
We’ll cover postage costs for replacements and returns, except if the error resulted from the customer providing incorrect address details.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of returns being received and inspected by us.
Orders placed before 2pm AEST will be processed by our warehouse that day. Typically, Australia Post will 'scan in' the shipment the next business day, from which time delivery takes approximately 2-6 business days, depending on where the destination is.
